KINGWIN RMA TERMS & CONDITIONS
Kingwin warrants its products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for the warranty period that applies to the
products you purchased. All Kingwin products come with a 1 year limited
warranty- excluding the Mach 1 and Lazer series, which is covered by a three
year warranty beginning from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be
defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Kingwin will
repair or replace the product with a same or similar product.Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or
components. Limited warranty guarantees that every product will be free from
physical defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions.
Our warranty does not cover products that has been discontinued, damaged, deterioration, or malfunction
resulting from abnormal use, abuse, mishandling, and unauthorized product
modification. Normal wear and tear for use on any product is result of natural
cause and is not covered by our warranty.
  • Customers located in Canada are responsible for any Customs Releases or Duty Fees.
  • Kingwin does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Cross shipments are not available.
  • For purchases through Amazon Canada, please contact Amazon directly for RMA issues.
  • RMA for Kingwin products purchased from Ebay will not be honored.
  • Kingwin will only accept RMA’s from the US

The RMA number is valid for only 30 days. If Kingwin does not receive the RMA goods within 30 days, the RMA number will be voided.

Please note, Kingwin will only cover shipping costs from our location to you.

If the information on your request varies from the actual item(s) received, your RMA will be based on the actual item(s) received.

In order to obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide the following:

  • A copy of the original dated sales receipt
  • Your name
  • Your phone or email address
  • Your mailing address
  • A description of your problems

RMA# will be voided if any of the above information is not included in the return package.
Your package will be sent back and the product(s) warranty will not be honored if the missing information is not available to us in a timely fashion.
We only ship to United States and Canada. Warranty only applies to United States and Canada regions.
For all international region’s warranty please contact your vendor.

If no proof of purchase can be presented upon request, Kingwin cannot be held responsible for any warranty service.

You are responsible for packing defective product(s) with the associated accessories and ship
them to Kingwin prepaid in good condition. For easier tracking, we recommend using reputable shipping agencies.
Kingwin is not responsible for lost shipments or any damages to the package during the shipping process.
