The KM-1000 SATA mobile rack from Kingwin is the first of four available mobile racks in the KM Series. Unlike other versions of mobile storage racks, the KM-1000 consists of a tray for extra stabilization of hard disk drives. Firmly mount your SATA hard disk within the aluminum frame of the rack to eliminate the risks that come with extreme vibration or PC movements. You can also fasten the hard drive using the screw holes for increased stability.

Connect your rack to power using the 15-Pin SATA power connector that comes with the KM-1000 mobile rack. Its 7-Pin data signal connector lets you easily access your data through your computer, by allowing faster transfer of data from the hard drive to the computer.

KM-1000 has a LED light that indicates if the hard drive is powered on or not. Additionally, it has a HDD activity light that blinks according to the activities of your hard disk drive. Monitor the activity of your hard disk using the power and HDD activity LED light. It also has a LED switch that enables or disables the HDD activity light.
