Can I inter-change trays among your mobile racks? |

Generally no. Because the interfaces between the try and the rack differs. It’s only possible if you’re working with mobile racks that belong to the same product line. For example, KF-21-IPF, KF-22-IPF and KF-23-IPF can share trays. The FIRST DIGIT in the modle number represents the product line. |

I have the hard drive installed in the mobile rack, and the rack is connected to the system correctly. But my system does not detect anything after I turn the power on, what’s going on? |

Check and see if the rack is LOCKED or not. The lock also functions as a power switch, your system will not be able to provide the power to the unit uless you lock it. If the drive is locked already, check and see if your hard drive is properly formatted. |

The SATA mobile rack is hot swappable. It also depends on your SATA connection. SATA controller card can not do the hot swap. You need SATA raid controller card, or the main board you got working with SATA raid (they can do 0, 1 and �.). |

It takes a long time for my system to bypass the BIOS screen once I put my SATA mobile rack in, what’s causing it? |

Suspect the jumper setting first. SATA device does not share channles, your hard drive should be set as MASTER or CABLE SELECT. DO NOT set it as Slave. |
